Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had comfortable and well-decorated rooms, but being on the street side made it too hot to sleep well. The staff were extremely helpful, especially with directions and accommodating breakfast preferences. The location was convenient, though noisy and not very clean. The dining experience was superb, offering generous and delicious meals. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The service was a mix of friendly and rude encounters, with some staff being fantastic and very helpful. The location was excellent for walking to main attractions and restaurants, although it could feel unsafe at times. The dining experience was good overall, with bountiful and beautifully presented options. The facilities met expectations without standing out significantly.
The room I stayed in was small but sufficient, located at the back of the hotel. Although not the most comfortable, I did enjoy opening the curtains to a beautiful view, ignoring the occasional smell of fast food from Mcdonalds nearby.
The hotel offers small but sufficient rooms with a coffee machine, though they may not look exactly like in the pictures. Dealing with street noise by opening the window was necessary. The service was top-notch with very friendly and helpful staff arranging immediate requests. The location was ideal for attending Oktoberfest, despite the seedy surroundings. The dining experience was highlighted as the best part of the stay. Facilities are satisfactory.
The hotel was clean and spacious, ideal for a family of four. The service was fantastic, with attentive and kind staff. The location, right next to the central train station, offered easy access to the city center. The dining experience was rich and set us up for the day. However, the slightly tatty surroundings near the railway station and the narrow room were minor downsides.
The hotel had a stale smell in the rooms, but the service was friendly and helpful. Despite the sketchy location, the hotel offers a great selection of dining options. The facilities were well-kept and modern.
